Wesley United Campus Ministry is an affirming and inclusive campus ministry serving UL Lafayette and the surrounding community. We believe that our instructions are very clear about loving God and loving neighbor, and we recognize all individuals as beloved children of God.
Who We Are
UL Wesley has a long history of serving students and young adults in the community. Established in 1944, our ministry was birthed out of First United Methodist Church and has occupied its current location since the early fifties. We welcome individuals from all faith backgrounds, and presently we are affiliated with the United Methodist Church, the Presbyterian Church (USA), and the Episcopal Church.
What We Do
Gather with us on Wednesdays for worship. Coffee is ready at 5:30pm and worship starts at 6pm.
Worship
We like to have a little extra fun sometimes! We change it up every semester, from group outings to arts and crafts, to movie nights.
Event Nights
Free lunch is served every Monday that classes are held in the fall and spring. We start serving at noon and welcome people all afternoon.
Free Lunch Mondays
Our retreats offer a gift in getting away that allows us to grow closer to God and to each other. The demands of school and work require periods of rest to keep ourselves healthy and whole.

A vital component of our ministry is our emphasis on service. We have multiple service days and trips throughout each semester.
Service & Missions
Family Dinner gives people the chance to share a meal and time together. We slow down for real conversations to build deeper relationships.
